We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the original confirmation email. All items are inspected upon return if your item has damage/ signs or use or is returned without packaging your return will be rejected. Any attempt to abuse our returns policy will result in your return being rejected.

To start a return, you can log into your account and select the item to return or you can contact us at via the contact us page. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide you with a label we will charge £3.99 for the return label. Return labels are valid for 10 days so please post within the window, if you miss it please request a new label.

If your return is accepted, please carefully pack the items and send at your local post office or delivery shop using a tracked or signed for service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There are two ways to request a return, you can log into your account and request a return yourself, or you can email us from the contact us page. 

Items lost will be your responsbility so please ensure a tracked or signed for service is used. Your local post office can help you with this.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon recieving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All products are returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to swap an item is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. If you cant do this, please email us.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 12 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
